Bespoke Learning Centre (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, booking or contact form on this site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, preferred centre and any notes about your enquiry. We do not require an account or password to use this site, and we do not collect payment information online.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange trial classes or registrations, and communicate with you about our tuition and student care programmes. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your enquiry without your consent.

WhatsApp and phone enquiries

Some buttons on this site open WhatsApp or your phone’s dialler so you can contact us directly. Messages sent this way are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices, not this website’s.

Cookies and embedded content

This site embeds Google Maps to show our centre locations and YouTube videos to share updates about our programmes. These third-party services may set their own cookies or collect technical data (such as your IP address) when the embedded content loads, according to Google’s own privacy policy. We do not control this data collection.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a student, for the duration of your enrolment and as required by our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Your rights
